

OBJECTIVE
Choosing a high-end racing bike is a deeply personal decision, and we wanted to replace static images with an interactive experience. The objective was to create a tool where users could experiment with frames, colors, and components in real-time, making the selection process visual, intuitive, and exciting.
SOLUTION
We built a high-performance 3D configurator that allows riders to assemble their perfect bike from the ground up. Instead of guessing how different finishes or cockpits look together, users can see every detail update instantly in high resolution.
We integrated AR functionality, so customers can see their custom build in full scale right in front of them.

FULL PERFORMANCE CUSTOMIZATION
Every part of the bike is under the user's control. From selecting the frame and group set to fine-tuning the colors of the cockpit and rims, cyclists can build a machine that matches their specific racing needs. It’s a hands-on way to explore pro-level specs without needing to visit a physical shop.

INSTANT 3D VISUALIZATION
As users swap out components or change paint finishes, the 3D model updates in real-time with crisp, high-quality textures. This allows riders to see exactly how their technical choices look together from every angle, ensuring the final build is aesthetically perfect.

LIFE-SIZE AR EXPERIENCE
To bridge the gap between digital design and reality, we integrated an AR mode. Customers can project their custom-built bike into their own space at a 1:1 scale.

THE RESULT
The new configurator has redefined how cyclists interact with the Prorace brand. It takes a complex technical assembly and turns it into a fast, engaging, and highly visual process, allowing riders to feel a sense of ownership over their bike long before it even reaches the workshop.
