OBJECTIVE
he primary challenge was to provide users with a clear, visual method to compare distinct roof architectures - while simultaneously configuring precise dimensions and independent color schemes for structural components - without complicating the user experience.
SOLUTION
We developed a clean, highly responsive 3D configurator focused on structural clarity and immediate visual feedback. The system features a robust roof selection engine that seamlessly swaps between distinctly different architectural models.
We also implemented an independent material logic system, allowing users to apply different color profiles to the main frame and the roof elements to achieve premium, two-tone designs.
KEY FEATURES
01
MULTI-STYLE ROOF ENGINE
Users can instantly toggle between three primary shading architectures: Louvered, Lattice, and Solid. The 3D model recalculates immediately to display the correct structural layout and shadow behavior for each specific roof type.
02
EXTRA OPTIONS
The configurator features a dedicated "Extra Options" module that allows users to seamlessly enhance the base structure with functional and aesthetic add-ons. Customers can instantly visualize the integration of a Privacy Wall for spatial division and wind protection, or add a Fan for climate control, providing a comprehensive view of the fully equipped outdoor space.
03
ON-SITE SPATIAL VALIDATION
The integrated WebAR tool allows users to anchor the configured 3D model directly into their physical environment. This feature moves beyond basic scaling, letting homeowners physically walk through the digital structure to assess the true volume.

THE RESULT
By enabling homeowners to confidently visualize critical variables like distinct roof types and custom two-tone color schemes, the tool significantly reduces ambiguity during the consultation phase.
This streamlined the sales pipeline, ensuring that the generated summaries provide the sales team with highly accurate, production-ready client preferences.
