OBJECTIVE
The goal was to create a unified digital design hub for the entire Everyday Patio product line. The challenge lay in developing a platform capable of handling three fundamentally different architectural styles: Modern structures, Classic patio covers, and complex, fully enclosed Sunrooms.
SOLUTION
We engineered a robust 3D design engine that integrates three independent configuration systems into one seamless interface.
The platform manages complex structural rules, from post placement to intricate glazing subsystems for windows and doors. By building this "triple-threat" solution, we provided a tool that scales with the business, allowing Everyday Patio to showcase their entire architectural range in real-time 3D with integrated AR support for life-size visualization.

The configurator serves as a central hub for three distinct product lines: Modern, Classic, and Rooms. Each category features its own set of engineering rules and aesthetic options, ensuring that every user finds a solution that fits their specific home style and functional needs.

THE UNIQUE ROOMS LOGIC
A standout feature of this ecosystem is the bespoke sunroom builder. It handles complex enclosed-space engineering, allowing users to customize wall panels and integrate various door and window subsystems (Single, French, or Sliding) that snap perfectly into the 3D frame.

SUBSYSTEM MANAGMENT
Users can fine-tune every detail - from roof pitches and overhangs to specific wall configurations - providing a level of precision that is essential for both customer confidence and manufacturing accuracy.
THE RESULT
We transformed Everyday Patio’s digital presence into a professional architectural suite. By delivering a single platform that handles three technically independent systems - including the unique Rooms engine - we’ve streamlined the sales process for both open-air and fully enclosed projects.
The integration of Life-Size AR allows clients to "attach" their design to their house in real scale, providing total visual certainty and significantly shortening the sales cycle for high-ticket projects.
